Taking these engagement photos in Kananaskis was so so great. I always tell all my couples that their engagement session is so much more than a regular photo shoot. I really encourage you to think of it as an experience shared by you two that I get to document. An experience of a lifetime. This foggy day in the Rocky Mountains was such a fun day, celebrating Nelly & Jacob’s engagement.
We drove around in the smoke (remember when Alberta was full of smoke a couple of months ago?). We explored different areas in the mountains & admired all the beautiful scenery around us! Even made new friends on the hike haha (that’s a story for another day!). On the way back, near the end of the day, we grabbed ice cream at Dairy Queen and had the best chats in the car. Everything about this day was so much fun! I adore these two and can’t wait to photograph their elopement coming up.
I had the absolute best time capturing this beautiful love story in Kananaskis Alberta. Can’t wait for your big day, Nelly & Jacob. It’s gonna be a blast!
